Lost Without You #FMS320

It’s Friday! Which means a Freshly Made Sketches challenge.

This is the inspiration sketch for this week. You can see what the Design Team made here!

I have used the beautiful Blooms and Wishes stamp set.

I have used Sweet Sugarplum and Crumb Cake as my colour scheme.

I started by stamping the white background layer with one of the blooms from the stamp set using Sweet Sugarplum ink. The centres were stamped with Crumb Cake ink. This panel was adhered to a Sweet Sugarplum card base.

The Stitched Shape framelits were combined with the Layering Circle dies to cut a ring from Crumb Cake card stock, and a scalloped circle from Sweet Sugarplum card stock.

The circles were adhered to the card front with some Silver Baker’s Twine in between.

The sentiment is from the same set. This was cut to a banner end with the Triple Banner punch and added this to the card with dimensionals.

A few rhinestones added some sparkle.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

Thanks for stopping by and happy Stampin’!

You are my…

Hi there,

Here’s another simple card for you today.

From the Sunshine and Rainbows bundle, I stamped and die cut the sun along with some clouds.

The pieces were arranged across the middle of a Smoky Slate card base. These were adhered with Snail and dimensionals.

“You are my”, is a stamp from the Sunshine Sayings set in the annual catalogue.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked below.

Happiest of Birthdays #GDP121

Its another colour challenge over at the Global Design Project this week. You can see what the Design Team created with this fun combo here!

Here is my project. I have used Tutti-Frutti designer series paper and the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set.

Bermuda Bay ink was used to stamp the candles. I have used both first and second generation ink to create the stripes.

Peekaboo Peach ink was used for the flames. The ink was partially stamped off so the tip of the flame is paler.

Finally, the sentiment uses Sweet Sugarplum ink.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed below.

The striped paper is from the Tutti-Frutti DSP collection, which I adhered to a Crushed Curry card base.

The sentiment in the set was stamped and cut with the Classic Label punch.

The Tutti-Frutti self adhesive sequins were used to embellish.

Inspire. Create. Challenge #009

Hi Everyone,

I am joining the Inspire. Create. Challenge again this week. The them is…. Love! You can see what the design team made here!

I have used Heart Happiness and Petal Palette stamp sets from the Spring Summer catalogue.

I started with the sentiment. This was stamped with Calypso Coral ink and die cut with the coordinating die.

Before adhering this down, I decided where the ribbon would lie and then stamped hearts with second generation ink.

The sentiment and ribbon were secured in place. A bow was also added to the ribbon.

An additional heart was stamped and die cut. This was adhered with dimensionals.

As a finishing touch, some basic pearls were coloured with a Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend marker.

I hope you enjoyed this project.

Lidded Treat Box

Good Morning,

I made this box to hold nine Ferrero or Lindor chocolates.

The card stock used measures 10-1/4 inches square. The base is made with Powder Pink card, whilst the lid is Berry Burst.

Score the base at 1-1/2 and 3 inches.

The lid is scored at the same measurements, but using a shim of card stock along the left hand side bar. This will ensure the lid will fit over the base.

Three flowers from the Beautiful Day stamp set were added to the lid using matching ink.

To cut the tabs, remove the three outer squares. Notch out the lose edges.

Fast Fuse was added to the outside of the small tabs. The corners were folded up. The side panels were then folded in and secured with Fast Fuse.

On the lid, the 1/2 inch circle punch was used to make finger notches.

Berry Burst metallic edge ribbon was added to the lid of the box and secured with glue dots.

The flower on top was coloured with Stampin’ Blend markers and adhered using dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed this project. The supplies used are listed and linked below.
